List catalog services

GET/api/powers/v1/services

The same authorized catalog list as /v1/providers, projected as services and serviceId. Both names share ordering, revision and cursors; use the corresponding serviceId or providerId filter with the same value. Authenticate with an organization API key. Native permission names describe runtime capabilities; x-sinecloud-scopes lists the customer key scopes required by Cloud.
