Delete workspace file

DELETE/api/box/v1/{boxId}/workspace/file

Requires an active, authorized Box and a completed restore. Sandbox requires an explicitly started running lease; file access never allocates or wakes a VM. Paths are canonical under /workspace; symbolic links are rejected. Workspace capacity is 256 MiB; writes are limited to 16 MiB per request.
