List declared connection suppliers
GET/api/powers/v1/connection-providers
Requires connections:read. Includes declarations without a Catalog Service or Binding for unrestricted principals. q matches supplier ID, name, homepage and description. authType selects providers and retains every authorized profile summary. Catalog/binding and connection restrictions narrow suppliers and profile visibility. Binding counts additionally require catalog:read. Never loads all transport modules, reads secrets or contacts providers. Authenticate with an organization API key. Native permission names describe runtime capabilities; x-sinecloud-scopes lists the customer key scopes required by Cloud. Aggregate providers are available only through managed execution and cannot be selected for customer BYOK setup.
