Read Console-initiated restore status
GET/api/box/v1/{boxId}/restores/{restoreId}
Requires a current fileRead key and current issuer membership/project access. Retained backups can be read without a live VM or available wallet, including after runtime/entitlement inactivity. Only unexpired complete snapshots provide files, manifests and exports; retention follows the organization plan and expiresAt is authoritative. Restore initiation requires a current organization manager Console session. Read status using the original source boxId, not targetBoxId. Restore creates a distinct target Box with fresh execution/lease identities; it stays quarantined until verification completes. The target Box lifecycle state alone does not imply restore readiness. associationStatus is independent of restore completion; conflict does not make restored bytes invalid.
